Return Policy

Getting a Refund

  • Once you have received your order, please inspect it and let us know if anything is broken, damaged, or if you have received the incorrect item.
  • If the shipment was damaged, wrong, or missing, we need photos of the shipping waybill, the box with the waybill attached, and the entire package. Don't throw away your original waybills and boxes when you return.
  • We would appreciate your feedback within seven days. We will make every effort to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
  • Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will inform you whether the refund has been approved.
  • If your application is approved, you will receive a refund via the method you used to make the original payment.
  • You should keep in mind that the refund may take some time to be processed by your bank or credit card company.
  • Our policy is not to treat an item as damaged if its shipping box and packaging are damaged, if there is nothing wrong with the actual item.
  • Kitue will not issue a refund if the product does not arrive or is missing despite being shipped contactlessly by the carrier. We will only compensate you in accordance with the shipping company's transportation compensation policy.

Remorse Returns

  • If you return an item, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee, which will be higher than what you paid at Kitue.
  • Following receipt of your item, you have seven (7) days to request a return. To ensure that the item is returned to our office in South Korea within fourteen (14) days of receiving it, we strongly recommend that you notify us as soon as possible after receiving your order.
  • Unfortunately, we are unable to provide return shipping labels.
  • Please adhere to the following for returns:
    • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. In addition, you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.
    • Your order can only be returned within the same country as where it was originally shipped. Depending on the country from which you return your purchase, additional import duties may be applied.
    • It is also necessary to return designer packaging such as authenticity cards, samples, and dust bags.
    • It is not possible to return certain types of items, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants) and custom-made products (such as special orders or personalized items). It is also prohibited for us to accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
    • Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns.
    • The delivered product cannot be returned if it is renewed without further notice, regardless of whether the image of the received product differs from the previous version.
    • There may be instances in which products are shipped without individual product boxes. A brand may send us a product without its box if they do not have stock in South Korea or plan to discontinue production in the near future.
  • You may initiate a return by contacting us at shop@kitue.com. Returns will not be accepted without an earlier return request.

Shipment Issues Caused by the Customer

  • Kitue is not responsible for any shipping issues caused by the recipient.
  • In the event of refusal, absence of the recipient, incorrect address, issues in the recipient country, or issues in the recipient region, these conditions will be treated as Remorse Returns.
  • We will not issue a refund if we do not receive the product back from the recipient within thirty (30) days of sending it.
  • Kitue will not issue a refund if the product is not received within fourteen (14) days of completion of delivery to the recipient.
  • Refunds will not be issued if the product being returned has a short shelf life or its value has decreased.
